They interviewed me over Google Hangouts, then called me about two days later telling me I got the job. It was through a contracting agency, so I was told I had a six-month contract to fulfill before I had the ability to be hired on as a full-time employee. They didn't ask hardly any tech questions; it was mainly a test of personality.
