I landed an interview after meeting some employees at the career fair.
It was a two-part, on-campus interview. Both were group interviews.
The first interview was how to solve a pretty much unsolvable problem: how to come up with rationale and realistic solutions when a customer asks for more than is possible. The second was a cool twist on a coding problem; again, teamwork is key.
At the end of the first interview, there might be questions for the individuals as to why they took certain approaches, or something of that nature.
