Pros: On-time salary. Friendly environment.

Cons: Very bad management system I've ever seen.

Pros: Compensation is above average for similar work, both in wages and wellness coverage. Also, opportunities for growth are plentiful; they encourage promotions from within the company.

Cons: Working the floor can be taxing on your body. You need to be able to lift and carry heavy products throughout the day. To no fault of their own, I injured my wrist while helping a customer load 20 bags of concrete mix into their truck.

Pros: Team building environment. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help at the drop of a dime. Pay is good as well.

Cons: Project management is bad. There's a ton of contractor turnover because budgets change drastically every quarter. You'll never have a consistent team because of it. They'll let you know at the last minute that your contract isn't being renewed.
