Pros: Incredible support, exciting projects, and leaders who truly care about their people. Cutting-edge and bleeding-edge tech, and tons of in-house awesome code. Fantastic work-life balance. Pride in what you do for your community is a big plus. Leaders who treat you like you matter and encourage your career growth, rather than treating you like a replaceable cog and working you to death, makes it one awesome place to work.
Cons: Pay could be more competitive, but with the benefits, work-life balance, and opportunity for advancement, the “gap in more competitive pay” is significantly reduced.
