- Pairing (if it's a pro to you)
- Stock purchase program
Cons: - Feel stuck in a team-specific stack, making it harder to grow.
- Fixed a low-percentage (inflation) policy for raises without a change in title.
- Only two weeks of PTO officially.
- No work from home without a specific cause for a given day.
- Mac for work, personal machine is Windows. Inconsistencies make working on a personal machine a PITA.
- Lack of transparency at the management level.
