Some co-workers were pretty cool.
Treated like children by management.
Busted my butt opening credit lines and surpassed the store "quota" single-handed. Padded management's pockets, but didn't get anything for my efforts but a piece of paper. (Again, treated like a child. Where's the gold star?)

You must fill out the application online. They will call for a phone interview. The next step is a face-to-face interview. They will also have you take a drug test and a personality test.
Was brought in person to the store and spoke with the head cashier first, then the store manager. Went through eligibility questions, then through situational questions. It was only one round of interviews.
Very casual. It was barely an interview. They told me the necessary information I needed to know and everything I needed to do. They were not intimidating or rude. They asked me a few basic questions and there was plenty of paperwork.
