Pros

Benefits available for part-time associates. Relatively decent pay for a retail job. Strong company culture in which the values are easy to understand.

Cons

VERY disorganized at the store level. Rotating door of turnover. The biggest problem is that the training is very extensive, but not hands-on. Many only realize that it isn't a fit and quit after going through all of that training, and end up on the sales floor without hands-on experience. Stressed-out leadership!

Advice to Management

Diversify your onboarding to include plenty of on-the-floor training. Let people get a feel for the role!
