Great benefits package once you are on as an associate.
Both full-time and part-time benefits.
They are good about working around school and family.
My experience with scheduling is that we are frequently understaffed, and it leads to overstressed associates and pissed-off customers. One person is left to do the work of two or three.
There is little to no communication between upper and middle management. The store manager and the assistants don't communicate to department supervisors very well.
