The pay could have been improved. It would also have been nice to have store discounts, like Lowe's.

Front End Supervisor
Called phone line and was screened by an agent who asked 3 questions. The hiring process was very long. I waited many weeks before getting any contact after I applied online.

Straightforward, normal interview questions. Requires just one interview, then orientation. Fairly easy hiring process. You get to meet your supervisor, HR, managers, and take a tour of the building.
