Pros

The training provided is excellent and thorough. The customers are overall great!

Cons

As a Front End Supervisor, I was not given support from upper management. I was given high demand and requests, but they were extremely difficult for me with such a low budget and lack of cashier support. Cashiers became stressed and frustrated. A lack of support for a given guideline is exemplified when a cashier complained to upper management regarding a type of shoe requirement (a guideline recently set by upper management). Because I would not bend, management would make an exception, which would take the feet right out from under me.

Advice to Management

Support your FES! Stay consistent and keep excellent communication between each other. Make decisions and company changes together.
