Shady Management, Decent Pay
Wages and benefits are decent, but not stellar.
Some very shady management who won't think twice about threatening you and throwing you under the bus. It's very difficult to work with fear.
We need to make sure upper management is doing the right thing also. In my store, it is management who needs watching. Management is unaware of drugs in the workplace.
