Front End Supervisor
The interview process is short. You receive two interviews, and it takes about a week to receive a callback. It takes about a week to get an interview after submitting an application.

They make it super easy and comfortable. It doesn't feel unnatural, which makes it easier to be yourself. I interviewed twice. Once to get my first position in the flooring department, and another time to get my supervisor position.
