THD is a great place to work because of the benefits and various ways to get recognized. As an employee, you can earn a bonus twice a year and earn additional money from their award system. Great people to work with and a great training system. The benefits are also great.
It is a very difficult place to get promoted at because of all the inner circles within the company and in the stores. In other words, you have to be a part of the management team's circle in order to be recognized.
Sometimes the schedules are not great when working around one's personal life. Requesting days off would take too long to get approved or denied.
Do not let personal feelings towards some associates hinder the production of the company.
