Paid weekly. That is all.
I honestly don't know where to start. They hire people to manage who have no prior experience. Then, when asking them for help, they'll refer you to someone else who is also an employee of equal stature.
They'll lie and have people who should not be training, train you.
Don't ever inform them of anything another employee is doing. They'll find ways to pin it on you.
If you need help, it's better to ignore rather than doing anything, because they don't want to actually help you. So, just ignore the issue until it becomes corporate asking, then everyone wants to act like they want to help.
Everyone here will use you. Nothing else.
We know you don't care. You know you don't care. I just pray you actually get employees, team leads, or managers who will learn the job and help, rather than sit on their phones, draw, and do everything but work. Then, get mad when you need their help.
The interview process was good, with no complaints. Everybody was nice. I spoke with the manager and another person. Overall, no complaints. Be prepared to talk about your experience with all management.
Simple and straightforward. The manager was very kind and asked some questions with different scenarios. The interview lasted around ten to fifteen minutes. Also filled out some paperwork once hired.
A brief phone interview was held. A few days later, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. The interview was three hours, with a 30-minute breakfast/presentation and three 30-minute one-to-one interviews with developers.
