Job security, nice accommodations
Very large company, easy to lose values and culture.
Interview was in 3 rounds, all on the same day. The first two rounds were on technical skills. I was asked to write code for some problems and asked questions on my resume. The third round was a group activity. Given code should be arranged in order
One for technical and another round for management. At last, an HR round will happen. They will ask you about your work culture and expected salary. You should tell the actual salary you are looking for to get a job.
The interview involved pair programming, since Home Depot works on pair programming principles. They teamed me up with another person, and we had two rounds. Pretty easy. The first was rearranging code snippets, and the second was designing a system
