Pros

Flexible schedule.

Work-life balance is good.

Cons

In 2018, Home Depot hired 1000 new software engineers. In the race against time to fill the positions, they recruited people who are really bad at coding. The entire interview process was a joke.

Managers don't really care about employees. All they want is to maintain the status quo and secure their jobs.

Advice to Management

Usher in accountability in the IT department.
