Some managers are sexist; most coworkers are great
Great coworker relationships. Great WFH policy.
Crappy immediate management. If your immediate manager is sexist and elitist, you are SOL. The manager's supervisors won't question your immediate manager's treatment of you, no matter how inappropriate.
Make managers base evaluations and promotions on facts and performance, not personal biases and unfounded assumptions.
I love the work I do, and my coworkers, but management sucks.
I'm considering leaving, very reluctantly.
