Pros

Great work culture, with a lot of opportunities for learning and growth offered both within and outside of the team you work on. I enjoyed the projects I got to work on (iOS app development).

Cons

The department I was in (Home Services) didn't seem to care too much about my well-being and happiness. The managers and director of this department believe that having a job position in this department warrants them to overwork you over standard work hours on a consistent basis. They have no regard for associates burning out from working so much, nor for plans or free time you may have after work.

Advice to Management

Take the work/life balance that employees wish to maintain more seriously. Being overworked so often made me suffer mentally, both during and after working. The burnout affected my work performance and happiness outside of work as well.
