The employees here treat you like a full-time associate and give you work that actually adds value to the company!
Lots of meetings; sometimes hard to get much done.
The interview was group-based and allowed you to work with other applicants to solve a problem. The problems were not extremely technical, and they were in pseudocode, so there was no barrier to interviewing in a language you're uncomfortable with.
The interview was one process. It was a MS Teams video interview with the manager. It took around 45 minutes, including presenting the team structure, the projects, and goals. The questions were straightforward.
Bad and pointless. They just did not want to give me the job at that point, and I do not understand why they had to act like that. Not happy at all.
