Internship can be very team dependent; many interns are left without work or with meaningless work because their team/manager didn't care enough to help them.
It's a gigantic company, so you should be prepared for a fair amount of bureaucracy.
Make sure managers really want their interns before you assign them. Worry less about the number of store associates you bring in as interns and more about the quality of work that you give the ones you do have.
There were 3 rounds of interviews proposed: * An initial with the hiring manager * A second round with the team * A third would be with the director over the manager. Largely behavioral, but very communicative and detailed on day-to-day activities.
After the Recruiter interview, there was a Teams meeting with two managers and one SME. They asked technical questions based on my resume. One manager joined late and was not at all interested in the process. The other manager stressed more on askin
The interview process was simple and well organized. Got a call back the day after applying to schedule an online interview. Enjoyed the process of interviewing with The Home Depot.
