Pros

Stable employment. Home Depot hires and fires plenty of contingent staff to keep full-time staff safer than some employers.

Good work-life balance.

Cons

Poor healthcare options. Expensive copay/deductible/premium combined for family coverage at any of the three levels of coverage.

Poor dental options.

Low success share bonus every six months.

Low merit increase (Many years capped to max 2-4% across the board).
