Management supports transformation and has great resources.

This is to move from legacy systems to cloud-native applications. There is a huge amount of data to process.

Cons

Fully dependent on outside contractors.

Full-time employees move from team to team constantly.

Management seems to give all ownership to contractors.

Advice to Management

Grow talent organically. Hire good mentors who can shape and create an innovative culture.
