You can get as much training as your brain can hold. Leaders in IT are actively engaged in responding to VoA feedback and making things better. The focus on the customer is better than at other retailers.
I can't think of any. My area is really good, but I don't know if all areas are like this.

Staff Software Engineer
The process was pretty painless. There was an initial phone screen, followed by a coding test that could be done offline, then a Skype interview. The Skype interview covered the results of the coding test.
