Staff Software Engineer
A minimum of 3 interview levels is required for the Staff Engineer role. * Technical Pairing Interview * Behavioral Interview with 2 Leads * Final Round with Manager Sometimes Principal Engineers will take another round of interview.
Staff Software Engineer
The process was pretty painless. There was an initial phone screen, followed by a coding test that could be done offline, then a Skype interview. The Skype interview covered the results of the coding test.

The interview process was very smooth, with great communication. There was a technical round interview as well as a SIG interview, which was essentially behavioral and past experience-based. A positive experience all around.
