It was a simple process, but it was stressful. They were upfront with expectations and were interested to see if I met them and would be good for the job. I took a call, then had an in-person interview.

They have three phases and they gave you a test. If you get above 70, you are supposed to get the job in "theory". Practically, you will never be hired if your background is not "I****n". This happened with me and my friends, who are all non "Is".

First round: Phonic (technical queries). Next is a coding round with screen share. You may be invited for an in-person interview. It's not very hectic though. Last round with senior management. This is BS.
