The people are genuinely kind and supportive. The internship program is well-structured but gives you the freedom to explore and grow—it’s really what you make of it. You get to work on real, impactful projects that ship to production, not just intern tasks.
You’re typically the only intern on your team, so you may not collaborate directly with other interns on your project. However, there is still a strong intern cohort and plenty of planned events to connect outside of your day-to-day work.
1st Round - Conversation with Hiring Manager 2nd - System Design Interview 3rd - Panel Interview: Pair programming using a pre-made Android project, centered around reading code and correcting a pull request, culture fit, and collaboration.
Smooth and fast technical round followed by four onsite interviews. Interviewers were friendly and professional. Coding questions were of medium difficulty. The code review round required deeper design insights.
Phone, hiring manager, technical. The process, in my opinion, is just a vibe check once you can demonstrate you meet the bar with tech that the team uses. Heavy on values and past experiences.
