All positions are underpaid compared to others in the industry, but management refuses to pay competitive compensation or benefits.
There is also a major shift to return to office, with 2 days a week and 3+ indicated in the future.
You’re more than a news org at this point. You’re a tech company, too. Stop the greed and compensate your workers fairly. They keep the lights on.
