Process
I have been ghosted twice by TTD recruiters on two separate occasions during the recruitment process. I wish they would at least have the courtesy to let me know if they don't wish to proceed further, let alone provide some useful feedback. All this talk of being one of the best places to work in rings hollow when they can be so temperamental in the hiring process. I would certainly not bother applying ever again, considering there is no dearth of better companies out there.
