Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

Terrible.

Asked to correct an awful caching solution.

When I replaced it completely with my own, and told the interviewer what I thought about their code - that was it.

Do know that if the interviewer sees you are better than them, they won't allow you in.

In order to get into this company, you must be not too stupid, but also more stupid than the people who interview you.

Probably a complete waste of your time for a significant period of your life.

My advice: Avoid TTD.

Questions

To correct awful code implementation of caching. Don't tell them it is awful (as I did) because they wrote it.
