Solutions Architect Interview Experience - London, England

Process

Bizarre is the definition for the interview process.

It took about 2 months and 10 interview rounds (even after going via employee referral) for the TTD Team to realize that I lack technical skills for this role.

It simply demonstrates how much the company appreciates the time and efforts of the candidates.

Needless to say, it shows their inability to identify the right skills of a candidate at the right time.

Four hours of F2F rounds were very exhausting, which came in addition to prior four video interviews.

Just one piece of advice to aspiring candidates: unless you are absolutely desperate, don't embark on this journey of this exhausting and infinite process!
