Bad management. Cannot seek true help from any managers or skip-level leadership. They smiled at you and promised they would listen to your voice and help you, but the truth was that they would twist your sentences, report you, abuse you, and manipulate you. Do NOT believe anything said by the leadership; they can knife you in your back.
