Good environment and friendly people.
Too many tech people, so a bit introverted.
I got a referral from my professor. The interview process starts with a Zoom call with a recruiter and one technical interview with a senior technical recruiter on Zoom using Replit.
3 rounds of interviews. The first was a 30-minute coding challenge. The second was a group onsite with ~15 other potential candidates (both full-time and intern). The third and final was a 1-on-1 onsite with 2 different engineers.
Brief conversation with HR. Skipped meeting with anyone else and proceeded to give me a take-home test. Initially, my gut said no. I read through Glassdoor, and it seemed like not a great place to work. Eventually, I relented and gave them a shot.
