Pros: 1. Brand...? Cool among young, naive people and sounds like a rocket ship.
2. Tons of freedom for interaction designers, visual effect designers, etc.
Cons: 1. Heavy communication (docs included) depends on Mandarin; this is a no-go for non-native speakers.
2. Awful work-life balance, with literally meetings at 7 AM and 10 PM with HQ in China, who don't really speak English at all (LOL).
3. Poor code quality, as bad as Microsoft or any ICC's outsourcing shit.
