Process
The interview process included an HR round followed by three technical interviews.
These technical interviews covered LeetCode problems and questions related to databases, networks, data structures, and more.
I was rejected after the second technical round. While I was able to provide an optimal solution to the given problem, I missed a few edge cases. The interviewer had to point these out, which may have been the reason for my rejection.
Questions
Round 1:
- Leetcode (Merge Intervals)
- Technical questions about sorting and its best-case/worst-case scenarios
- Database concepts (concurrency, etc.)
- Distributed systems relating to databases
- Networking questions related to HTTP calls
Round 2:
- Resume dive (previous internship and technical projects)
- Questions about cookies and JWTs for security (related to internship)
- Questions about B+ tree operations
- Leetcode (square root of a floating-point number)
