Pros: Pay is good, but if you divide it by the overwhelming hours per day, it is not worth it. Food is good.
Cons: Everything is the worst I have ever experienced.

Toxic Lead and Senior Manager
Data Engineer • Current Employee

March 27, 2024
Pros: Nothing worth noting other than free foods.
Cons: Data BP leaders hand-picked their favorite employees and only gave those individuals opportunities. PIPs are common, with 20% of the team optimized into PIPs every quarter. There's no career growth if you are non-Chinese. Also, the toxic culture here pressures you to work overtime every day.
