Pros: * Name of the company
* Compensation is not bad when you join
Cons: Leaders have no vision for this company. Endless hire, fire, reorg, delivering absolutely nothing.
Worst infrastructure I have ever seen; very unstable.
Junior management. Most mid-level leaders have no idea how a normal company looks.
Environment is becoming toxic. Sometimes other departments stab you in the back, and everyone feels insecure.
RSUs have limited buyback, which makes the total compensation not as high as it looks.
If you don't speak Chinese, you are definitely marginalized.
