I was interviewed for the position of Machine Learning Engineer. I submitted the written test, but I haven't heard back.
The test consisted of four questions from HackerRank, which I would describe as two easy algorithms and two medium algorithms, with a total time limit of three hours.

Flexible Work, Time Zone Frustrations

Pros: TikTok is a great place to work. The work/life balance is very good, and the working hours tend to be really flexible, which is a great plus. The work is super interesting, and there is also lots of flexibility to work in what you are interested in.
Cons: We have teams in the US, China, and Singapore, which we have to work with frequently. The different time zones can be frustrating.
