Pros: People get excited when you say that you work at TikTok.
If you are lucky, colleagues can be the only thing that saves you from giving your notice after 6 months.
Free lunch.
Office is not the worst.
It is a good first work experience, and it makes you be very aware of red flags for future opportunities.

If you don't care about your career, it is an amazing place. It pays your bills.
Cons: There are no real opportunities to grow, no matter how good you are at your job.
They will fire you with everyone else if they want to get rid of the project you are working on, even if you have an amazing performance review.
Everything changes all the time, and they ask you to be resilient.
Everyone is frustrated and praying to get fired to get the money and leave.

Pros: Free cooked meals at work, coffee, snacks, health and dental insurance, and a gym benefit.
Cons: Work-life balance is completely compromised. Forcing people to come to the office 5 days a week after 5 years is absolutely horrendous.
Especially when done under the guise of collaboration. Meetings are still conducted online, with no actual interaction taking place.
Imposing more projects and responsibilities while taking away benefits during the festive period of the year and expecting people to be motivated is just so funny.
