Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Ireland

Process

The interview went quite smoothly (I had 4 or 5 in total), but at the end, they offered me a salary that was way below the amount noted on this site and far from what people I know have told me. It was significantly less than what I earn at the moment, even though I am in a lower position at another company. In my opinion, it's not worth it at all, as this is not an entry-level position! I value my knowledge and experience, so the salary offered to me should be definitely higher. Very disappointed.

Pros: - Great work environment with many fun people and easygoing managers. - Freedom to work on projects independently and to come up with different strategies. - Great choice of snacks at the office. - Mostly interesting and fun projects.

Cons: - Increasing employee surveillance (every little action needed to be clarified). - Not open to remote work outside of the two days from home. - Some project policies were badly designed, but the blame for low quality was put on other workers trying to implement the policy.
