Process
Interviews are fast-paced. If the interviewer sees you fit for the role, they usually provide an answer on the same day if you passed.
I passed the first and second interviews, but did not pass the third.
They gave a writing test after the first interview, which involved auditing data. For this test, you needed to provide three things:
- Weekly Deck
- Action Plan
- Sampling Size
The third interview was with the OPS manager, who was not friendly and did not show their face. They asked questions that were not related to the role and seemed more relevant to a Quality Team Leader position and OPS.
