I went through multiple interviews for three different positions. I was rejected from two of them after reaching the final interview with the hiring manager.

I'm not sure why they had me go through the same screening call, test, and interview again multiple times for very similar positions. It was all through the same recruiter/HR, so I'm not sure why they can't gauge my capabilities after the first two times for those two positions.

It feels like they're just wasting my time by offering another position to go through the whole process yet again. They even had me go through the same screening call with the same person for the third time.

Their process is really all over the place. I had people from Malaysia, Korea, and Singapore emailing me at different points of the process.

The interviews were of medium difficulty. They asked rather technical questions, and you have to relate them to your past roles.
