I have been through the hiring process twice, and the experience has been terrible for both.
First time, I applied online, did the phone screening, and got scheduled for the first stage interview on the very next day at 9 am. Not nearly enough time to prepare.
Passing this stage, I got into the second round in which the person barely spoke any English and had zero interest in listening to me. She was even checking her phone and chewing gum. Extremely rude, passive/aggressive behavior.
After 2 weeks of waiting, I got a WhatsApp message (yes, WhatsApp... not email, not a call) with a generic rejection message without any feedback.
After a while, a friend of mine working there referred me for the same position, and the experience was absurdly similar, only that I made it to the final stage. I did the last interview with the manager, and after 2 weeks, a WhatsApp message with a generic rejection again. Their HR is a joke.
