I am applying for this position for the Jakarta site.

Initially, the recruiter called and offered me the position. The recruiter was nice and sent an email for an interview appointment.

The first round of interview with the recruiter was quite good and short. He only asked basic questions, such as why TikTok and reasons for changing jobs. He then arranged another round of interview with someone from Indonesia.

The person from Indonesia was really nice and friendly. He listened to me very well and gave me a chance to share my experience. There was no rush.

After that, the second round of interview was the WORST. They arranged the interview for Friday. I was ready at the appointment time, even 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but no one joined the Zoom meeting.

I waited for the first 10 minutes, then I tried to contact the recruiter to understand what was happening, if there were any schedule changes.

However, I received no response from the recruiter. I continued waiting for another hour, ensuring I was in the correct meeting room.

I tried sending an email, dropping another WhatsApp message, and calling, but received nothing.

I ended the call after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Then, I followed up the next day to see if they would still proceed and rearrange the session. The recruiter told me that the interviewer was there, waiting for me. He asked what happened, and I explained, but he seemed not to believe my account that no one was in the Zoom meeting.

So, he said he would check and give me another time slot.

Finally, I managed to have the next round of interview session with someone who was very rude. This person kept checking his mobile phone as if he didn't care and seemed about to yawn all the time.

I could even feel the negative, toxic aura he was showing purposefully. He truly acted as if I wasn't there.

Less than 10 minutes after I introduced myself, he cut me off and told me to be faster as time was limited. He didn't even set a time limit for the interview. So, I just continued to try my best to share my working experience.

I still remember his face and how he looked at me without any interest, and how he wanted to end the call very soon.

The interview only took 20 minutes, and he said he would get back to me within 2-3 days with the result. By then, I had already lost interest and was no longer waiting for their feedback.

I don't expect anything from this company with a person who doesn't know how to treat others. Such an disrespectful attitude. I wonder how they can hire employees with such bad attitudes.

Definitely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I regret having high expectations to join this company since 2020.
