Pros: High compensation packages, decent benefits.
Cons: Speaking Chinese is a hard requirement at times to do anything within the company. Leaders love to set unrealistic timelines for projects and expect results while chasing short-term impact. Work-life balance is non-existent, and the engineering culture is terrible.
