- Great pay
- Good work-life balance (at least in London teams)
- Good WFH benefits
- Very diverse and inclusive
- They abolished 996 culture.
Cons: Recruiters & HR are useless. Bad communication.
A lot of pay imbalance among the same levels. TikTok will probably get sued for this very soon.
