Pros: Exposed to many different projects in a huge system, I get to learn a lot by working alongside talented engineers.
You can learn how to be an extremely efficient engineer there.
Cons: Not much concern for your career growth. Their idea of mentorship is someone who has some brief experience and would give you tasks without considering your career goals, interests, and how they can help you grow as an engineer.
Stressful work culture. It would be much more helpful if you can communicate in Chinese.
