My interview process was a bit different than the reviews on Glassdoor.
There were a total of three Zoom interviews with HackerRank coding challenges.
The first one was really smooth. I had the best interviewer ever; they were very engaging and friendly.
The second one was like a typical coding challenge interview. The interviewer asked about my past experiences, why I liked frontend development, and then moved to the coding challenge.
The third interview was with the hiring manager, and it wasn't as positive. They experienced some technical difficulties, and I couldn't hear their audio, so they had to repeat questions several times. The interviewer asked about my past experiences and challenges, and how I could improve proficiency on a previous project. Then came the coding challenge. I'm not sure if they created the question or found it elsewhere. The problem was quite wordy and confusing, taking me a solid 10-15 minutes just to understand it. It turned out the solution was relatively easy, and I was able to solve it in the end. However, I did spend too long on the initial understanding.
Find the shortest path and Big O.
