TOXIC! Don't join, even if you get an offer with a high salary
At first, I thought the salary was good, the office environment was nice, and the benefits and insurance were excellent.
The work pressure is very high. Everyone around you is working overtime, ten hours a day, and there are still people discussing work in the group at midnight.
If you don't work overtime, your performance review will definitely be bad, and you can only get half of the year-end bonus, so the seemingly high salary is actually not worth it.
The leader doesn't care about your work and is never satisfied with your work, and you will never get affirmation here. The environment is toxic.
Most people work and chat in Chinese, which is very unfriendly to non-Chinese speakers. Don't come.
I witness the TikTok score getting lower and lower, and there are reasons for all these.
