Performance-focused company with amazing compensation
The company is one of the most performance-focused companies in Silicon Valley. When employees meet or exceed their goals, they receive annual bonuses ranging from 3 to 6 months' salary after their performance review. This definitely makes it a much stronger place to grow a career than most companies, which only offer a 1-month bonus.
Documentation and learning resources are extremely fragmented and disorganized. The company is very much still in a start-up mindset, where engineers must "figure out" what they need to do and how to do it.
