Money. TikTok pays very well.
Autonomy. TikTok expects each person to be in the driver's seat of their career. There is much less micromanagement here. If you are ambitious and creative, you will go far.
Political Instability.
TikTok is always in the crosshairs of ignorant politicians, so you need to have thick skin to not let this phase you.
Short Term Thinking.
The culture here very much rewards and celebrates short-term wins. The internal messaging from top leaders talks about how long-term thinking should be the goal, but in practice, I see much more focus on short-term pressure to deliver.
